Rules:

  1. Candidates should send their paper in soft copy to our mail id.
  2. Spot entries are not allowed.
  3. Accepted papers will be intimated through their respective mail.id
  4. The presentation time is for 8 mins and queries for 2 mins for each paper.
  5. Selected candidates should bring two hard copies and one soft copy of the paper at the time of presentation (MS Office 2003, 2007 format).
  6. Only LCD projectors will be provided.

Paper Submission

  1. Participants should submit the soft copy of the full paper in IEEE format (abstract alone will not be accepted) and email to [email protected]
  2. Paper should be submitted as a MS word document (.doc) or pdf document.
  3. Paper should not exceed eight pages.
  4. Details of the team members: Name, Department, E-Mail ID, Contact number, Institution name should be sent along with the Paper.

  1. The Technical Examination will constitute the Preliminary stage and will be conducted based on the number of batches.
  2. There will be three rounds in total, and the details will be intimated at the event venue.
  3. Any sort of materials and electronic gadgets are not allowed at the time of quiz.

Rules:

  1. The competition is open to all undergraduates.
  2. Each team must have a maximum of 3 members.
  3. Members should carry a valid student ID card of their respective college.
  4. All the members in the team must register to the event.
  5. The project should be a working model.
  6. Participants should bring their own Laptops if necessary and other equipment related to their project. Power supply will be provided.
  7. Participants will be allowed to explain the working model of their project by not taking more than 5-10 minutes of time.
  8. Judge’s decision will be final
