Rules:
Candidates should send their power point presentation in soft copy to our mail id.
PPTs should not be generated using AI tools.
Spot entries are not allowed.
Accepted presentations will be intimated through their respective mail id and whatsapp
The presentation time is for 5 mins and queries for 2 mins for each paper.
Presentations can be given from Lab Systems only. So don’t bring laptops, if possible bring USB pen drives
Only LCD projectors will be provided.
Paper Submission:
Participants should submit the presentation ppt email to [email protected]
PPT should be submitted as a MS power point.
Paper should not exceed ten slides including Q & A slide.

Rules:
The competition is open to all undergraduates.
Each team can have a maximum of 3 members.
For each team, one System will be provided.
Members should carry a valid student ID card of their respective college.
There will be three programs in the event (Easy, Moderate, Hard).
Programs can be solved in C or Java or Python.
The time duration will be 3 hours.
All the members in the team must register to the event.

Technical Quiz

Rules:
Preliminary Stage: The Technical Examination will serve as the Preliminary Round and will be conducted in batches based on the total number of participants.
Three Rounds: There will be three rounds with details provided at the venue.
No Materials Allowed: Books, notes, calculators, mobile phones, and any electronic devices are strictly prohibited.
Judge's Decision is Final: All decisions by judges regarding scoring and rules are final and cannot be challenged.
Be On Time: Arrive 15 minutes before commencement of quiz, or you may lose your chance to participate.
Show ID: Bring a valid ID for registration and verification before the quiz begins.
No Cheating: Copying answers, talking to others, or helping another participant will result in disqualification.
Follow Instructions: Answer in the format and method told by the organizers.
Maintain Discipline: Stay quiet and calm during the quiz; do not disturb other participants.
If Tied: In case of equal scores, judges will use a tiebreaker round or special criteria to decide the winner.
Disqualification: Using banned materials, impersonation, or any dishonest behavior will result in immediate removal from the quiz.
Health Issues: Inform organizers beforehand if you have any medical conditions or special requirements.
