TECHNICAL PAPER PRESENTATION


Rules:

  1. Maximum of two authors per paper
  2. Event will be organized in online mode on 25/03/2022. The platform in which the event will be organized along with the link will be shared two days before the event.
  3. Each team will be given 10 minutes for presentation followed by 2-minute question and answer session
  4. The organizers reserve the right to change/update the rules of the contest at any point of time and will do their best to inform the participants of the same.However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the teams to keep themselves updated.
  5. Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper
  6. Last date to submit full paper is 21/03/2022
  7. Confirmation of paper acceptance is 23/03/2022

TECH JAM


Eligibility:(The competition is open to all the Mechanical Engineering students )

The activity ‘TECHJAM’ is an impromptu speech where the speaker is supposed to express the idea (s) on the given topic, within the duration of a minute. This competition gives an excellent opportunity and can encourage students to come out of their shell and develop their confidence to communicate.


Guidelines for the event:

  1. It is a solo event, teams are not allowed
  2. The topic will be provided on spot and will be technical only.
  3. 60 seconds will be given to speak.
  4. A stopwatch will be provided on - screen to keep track of time.
  5. The contestants will be evaluated based on the following criteria.
    • Their Pronunciation
    • Their content
    • Adherence to the time limit
    • Flow of Speech
  6. The decision of the jury shall be final and binding.
  7. All entrants are regarded as having a full understanding of the regulations for the competition and as being willing to comply with every rule.
  8. Certificate of Excellence will be given to winners.
  9. Certificates of participation will be given to all the participants.
