Rules:

  1. It is an online live event
  2. The participant should arrange camera for clear visibility when performing asana postures
  3. The participant should perform 3 compulsory postures/asanas and then will be asked to perform any 2 asanas randomly from given list. The list will be posted in what’s app group
  4. Competitor should maintain each posture for 15 seconds
  5. Participant can directly go to posture
