Submission of abstract (in a word document) for not more than 300 words before the due date through mail or by person
Based on the review of the abstract by the subject experts, few papers will be selected for presenting the paper
The presentation should last a maximum of 7 minutes. There will be a 3 minutes query and answer session following it
The organizers reserve the right to change/update the rules of the contest at any point of time and will do their best to inform the participants of the same. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the teams to keep themselves updated. Violation of any rule can result in rejection of the paper
The oral presentation should be in the form of Microsoft power point slides which contains the brief of your paper, not to exceed 25 slides
All the team members should present during the event. There will be an interactive session with the judges, other participants and students during the time allotted for the event
The selected participants should submit a hard copy of the paper with abstract in the beginning in A4 sheets not exceeding ten pages(including references, tables and figures)
Candidates should submit the soft copy of the full paper (abstract alone will not be accepted) in IEEE format to the mail id [email protected] on or before 01-02-2018
Accepted papers will be intimated to the respective mail id on 04-02-2018

The presentation time for each paper is 7 minutes and 2 minutes for queries
Selected candidates should bring two hard copies of the paper at the time of presentation
Candidates should send their paper in soft copy to the mail id [email protected] on or before 19-01-2018

Accepted papers will be intimated through their respective mail id
The time for presentation is 8 minute and time for queries 2 minute for each paper

Paper Submission:
Participants should submit the soft copy of the full paper in IEEE format (abstract alone will not be accepted)

Paper should not exceed six pages
Details of the team members: Name, Department, E-Mail ID, Contact number, Institution name should be sent along with the Paper
The recommended fonts are: Title fonts: Times New Roman, 14 font size, Bold and underlined, left alignment.Sub Title fonts: Times New Roman, 12 font size, Bold and Justified alignment.
At the time of presentation, please bring your PowerPoint presentation in a CD and in a pen-drive (if possible attach it to your mail)
Please bring 3 hardcopies of the submitted paper on the day of the event
Each team will be given 10 minutes for presentation followed by 2 minute question and answer session
