This stream was introduced in the year of 2000 with an initial intake of 40 and later raised to 120 students.

  • Spread over an area of 2708 sq.m with an investment of Rs. 1.10 crores, the department consists of facilities like:

    • Digital Electronics Lab

    • Analog & Digital Communications Lab

    • Microprocessor and Micro controls Lab

    • Microwave Lab and E-CAD Lab
